Who’s Behind Leafy Plated?

I’m Soumyadip Chatterjee—home cook, recipe developer, food photographer, and the heart behind Leafy Plated. I created this blog as a way to share my love for wholesome, plant-based meals that are both accessible and full of flavor. No complicated ingredients, no stuffy techniques—just recipes that make vegetables shine.

What started as a personal project has grown into something truly special—a community of readers from around the world who believe that food can be colorful, compassionate, and crazy-delicious all at once.

I now work on Leafy Plated full-time from my little home studio, testing recipes, photographing food, and sharing practical kitchen tips to help you cook more confidently—whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro.
